Family estate created in 1990 in Poinchy. Our 15 ha vineyard is distributed across the following AOCs: PETIT CHABLIS, CHABLIS, CHABLIS PREMIER CRU and BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR. After 15 years of carrying out environmentally-friendly techniques, we have been concentrating for the past two years on organic agriculture to obtain rich, authentic wines with great aromatic purity. Our aim is purely qualitative.
