Stéphanie and Vincent Michelet have been producing wine here for the past decade. The estate covers almost seven hectares of which six are Petit Chablis and the rest Chablis, with mostly old vines.
The wines are vinified in stainless steel and offer a lovely mineral intensity, resulting in delightful gastronomic wines.
These wines can be sampled in a cellar shared with Domaine JC Courtault, a partner estate with which Stéphanie and Vincent Michelet work and share premises.
