The estate was founded by Françoise Gagnepain and two of her children, Laurent and Isabelle, in 1991. The first vines were replanted, growing to 14.5 ha in two appellations: Petit Chablis and Chablis. In 2016, Paul Gagnepain, Laurent's son, joined the estate. With him, the vineyard resumed its expansion (in 2026: 23 ha) and the range of wines expanded: Chablis 1er cru "Vau de Vey", Crémant de Bourgogne, Burgundy red and rosé; Saint-Bris (Sauvignon). Our wines are made with love and tradition. Our estate is HVE (High Environmental Value) certified.
