We've been growing vines for three generations.
Domaine des Quatre Chemins was created in 2016 following the takeover of family plots. The estate farms 7.50 hectares on the right bank of the Serein, enabling us to produce 4 Chablis appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru "Fourchaume" and Chablis Grand Cru "Bougros".
Our philosophy is to respect the land, its history and our origins. To achieve this, we practise integrated viticulture, limiting the use of treatments and weedkillers. We favour working the soil and its biodiversity.
We have been HVE certified since September 2019.
