We have been self-employed since 1999 and have acquired land in the AOC Chablis region as well as the Auxerrois region, which we have planted. Today we are at the head of a vineyard of just over 6 hectares. Part of the harvest is sold to the trade and the other part is vinified on the farm and sold exclusively to individuals and tourists in the Burgundy region during events organised by the festival committees.
