The Aufrere family has been making wine for generations, and the estate is now run by Stéphane Aufrere in Frey.
Work in the vines and the winery is carried out according to local practices and with a sustainable approach. The philosophy is to age the wines in the traditional manner to preserve the natural characteristics of each plot. All the wines are aged and bottled on the estate.
